The Humble Retreat has a lovely balance of activity and relaxation which means you can go with the flow or just take it easy. To get the most from your weekend it’s a great idea to arrive at 5:30pm on Friday so that you can leisurely settle into your new surroundings.

9am Mindful walk

1pm Lunch at bunkhouse

2:30pm Gentle yoga at the Village Hall

3:15pm Meditation and gratitude circle

4pm Silent hour/journal time

5pm Free time and relax (Optional meditation)

6.30pm Wholesome supper

9pm Bedtime
