Day Retreats and workshops

I will be hosting an 8 week mindfulness course from 28th October – 16th December!  There are 8 places available. If you find yourself in a bit of a rut, facing anxiety, overwhelmed with worry or just looking for a way to switch off – this is a perfect space for you to come and rest your busy mind. We’ll be exploring tools and techniques to help us soften judgements on ourselves and allow ourselves to be more at peace with who we are.
