Start your 2020 mindfully! I’m running a 6 week mindfulness course early Jan to Feb and I am looking for 6 guests to come and join me every Monday evening for 1 hour. We’ll be exploring mindfulness, breathing techniques, setting intentions, sharing gratitude, mindful movement, mindful creativity, loving kindness and compassion, acknowledging thoughts without judgment and shifting from thinking to SENSING.
